DRAFT 2010-11 ANNUAL REPORT
TO BE CONSIDERED AT OCTOBER COUNCIL MEETING

Under Section 131 of the Local Government Act 1989, Council is required to prepare an Annual Report containing:

(a)     a report of its operations during the financial year;

(b)     audited standard statements for the financial year;

(c)     audited financial statements for the financial year;

(d)     a copy of the performance statement prepared under section 132; and

(e)     a copy of the report on the performance statement prepared under section 133;

(f)      any other matter required by the regulations.

The Council will meet to consider the Mansfield Shire 2010/2011 Annual Report at its Ordinary meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 18 October 2011, commencing at 6.00pm, at the Mansfield municipal office.
