We'll send you a proof of the final design. You can request changes. If everything's right, sign and return the proof.
We'll place the final order and send you an invoice. Most orders take 6-8 weeks to arrive.

If you're ordering a plaque for a niche wall, we'll install the plaque when the ashes are interred.
Plaques are 380mm wide and 280mm tall, with a plain raised edge. They allow up to 10 lines of text.
The plot number is shown at the bottom right of the plaque.
Plaques for Mansfield Cemetery niche walls are 200mm square, with a plain raised edge.
Plaques for Bonnie Doon Cemetery niche walls are 155mm wide and 230mm tall, with a bevelled edge.
Both allow up to 8 lines of text.
The size and shape of your rock will determine what type of plaque can be placed.
Please check that the plaque you'd like will fit on the rock.
We generally recommend ordering the same type as the nearby niche wall. These are 200mm square, with a plain raised edge. They allow up to 8 lines of text.
The option of 1 flat relief image is included in the standard fee.
