The Mansfield Shire Council hereby announces its intention to lease a property through an Expression of Interest process, in accordance with section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 and in alignment with the Council's Community Engagement Policy.

Property Description: Mansfield Police Stables, located at 5 Curia Street, Mansfield (Crown Allotment 2003 & 2005)

The Mansfield Police Stables, situated at 5 Curia Street, Mansfield, is the subject of this lease opportunity. The Council is considering entering into a lease agreement for an initial term of 5 years, with the option of a 1 x 5-year extension.
