Library Services Offcer (0.78 FTE)

Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic and community-focused individual preferably with public library experience to take up the role of Library Services Officer. The successful candidate will contribute to the provision of a welcoming and friendly, well-organised and effective library and information service to meet the library needs of the Mansfield Shire Community.

This role reports to the Coordinator Library Services and provides assistance to plan and implement Library goals that align with the Council Plan, liaise with High Country Library Network Hub regarding collection management and provide guidance and training for other library officers and volunteers.

Remuneration will be based on Band 5 Level A classification $74,317.88 (pro rata) per annum plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2024.

This is a Fixed Term Part Time role for 12 months that requires availability on every second Saturday.
