Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individual/s to take up the roles of Maternal & Child Health Nurse. The Maternal and Child Health Nurse aims to promote healthy outcomes for children and their families, providing a universal primary health service for children aged 0-6yrs. As a Maternal and Child Health Nurse you will be providing a comprehensive and focused approach for the promotion, prevention, early detection, and intervention of physical, emotional, or social factors affecting children and their families in contemporary communities.

Reporting to the Coordinator Maternal and Child Health, The role also have responsibility to deliver the Enhanced Maternal and Child Health program to provide a more intensive level of support to those with identified additional needs and vulnerabilities who are at risk of poor outcomes.

Remuneration will be based on MCH 4B + Year 3 classification which equates to $106,150 per annum plus Superannuation and Qualification Allowance of the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2022.
