Volunteer Program Officer (0.6 FTE)

Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individual to take up the role of Volunteer Program Officer. This position is responsible for coordination of the Mansfield Shire Volunteer Program. Established to recruit, induct and manage volunteers for Council services and programs. Incorporating the L2P program and coordination to meet Transport Accident Commission funding requirements and program targets.

Reporting to Community Networks and Wellbeing Officer. As the Volunteer Program Officer, you will be in charge of recruiting, training, and retaining a dedicated volunteer workforce to support our L2P Program and other services and programs across our Council teams. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of volunteer engagement and satisfaction.

Remuneration will be based on Band 5A classification $71,717.66 (pro rata) per annum plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2022.
